Images

All images are obtained from free stock photo/imagery websites that allow a royalty free license. If you provide us with images, we defer all legal responsibility should any action be taken upon you. You are responsible for obtaining proper licensing for the images you instruct us to use in the development of your template. If you need us to provide custom images, we will offer a few choices and charge you only for the ones that you wish to have.

Reuse or Resale

All templates except for custom templates are NOT available for resale and reuse. You are allowed to reuse non-custom templates ONLY if it is for non-commercial or for any profit making purposes. Images are cleared for use ONLY by Templatedisk.com and not to be used for any other non-related website and we cannot be held responsible if you do so.

Reserve the right

We reserve the right to use your custom designs as examples, for marketing purposes or any other case study that we may do.

ADVERTISERS

Templatedisk.com is authorized to insert advertisement into content of free templates. Advertisement shall take the form of advertisement text links. Advertisement shall be clearly marked as such in published pages. These advertisements cannot be removed unless otherwise stated. Only free templates contain advertisements.

Modifications

Templatedisk.com may change the terms of service without prior notice nor posterior notification to User. Should these changes be made, we will notify our users by the via email to address listed on their account.
